Little Inventors wants children to open their eyes to the world of invention and creativity. But beyond the invention drawings, there is a unique opportunity for children and makers, designers and artists to come together and collaborate to bring children’s imagination to life.
By taking children’s ideas seriously and presenting them in a professional manner through collaboration with skilled makers, we will help showcase children’s original ideas, perspectives and voices.
We also want to challenge the skills and experience of adult makers, and encourage them to push beyond their own limits by engaging with the highly imaginative and unhindered minds of young children.

I’m a motion and graphic designer. I sometimes do freelance work and I like to create vector-based illustrations and 2d animations. My work is mostly influenced by tv animation and video games.

my name is Jonathan, I am 27 years old, I work in a supermarket, I like going out with my friends, i'm also a first year student at Napier university for product design.
Im a product design student currently studying in Edinburgh. I love making things in general and exploring the city.
As a retired physicist, I like to use my experience in electronics and skills in woodworking and 3D printing to create solutions to every day’s problems. I like to recycle obsolete electronic appliances and devices and harvest many of the still functioning components that often find a good use in my creations. I find the Little Inventors ideas a challenge to my creativity: how to reduce to practice, to make realistic models of the children’s extremely interesting conceptual ideas.
