I absolutely love this kettle! it's awesome! Unicorn's are so on trend at the minute, your invention would fly off the shelves. Boiling by an app on your phone is a great idea, there is nothing more boring than waiting for the kettle to be ready, it seems to take forever! how nice it must be to go make a cuppa with hot water ready for you. I would love to see what other kitchen appliances you might invent using a unicorn as inspiration, well done Kara.

The Unikettle idea was brought to life in the form of a cardboard model, by maker Johana Hammad. It was made real as a part of a carboard prototyping masterclass at Manchester Museul of Science and industry.
