The Baby Bumper concept was originally designed to aid toddlers who fall over. The base of the Baby Bumper is a Baby Gro to aid the shape. There were a number of different trials of material to create the Bump element of the Bumper...It was settled upon to use expanded foam cut into discs as the medium for the bumpers themselves. These were connected to the surface of the baby grow and additional fabric was then sewn around each disc in order to keep the same as one unit
