Chris, Aka Dabble Dabble, is an artist living in the North-East of England with a healthy obsession with science, tinkering, and engineering. He says 'Mostly I just love making things, all sorts of things, but primarily I'm a participatory artist with a background in animation and a personal practice in printmaking and ceramics'.
The bubble hat was brought to life by one of our Magnificent makers, Chris Folwell.
Chris said about the idea,
'Ryan's bubble hat invention immediately caught my imagination when I saw his design; it's so fun and cheerful, and I could really picture it brightening up someone's day! Just from looking at his drawings I could picture exactly how it would look and how it would all go together, the tricky bit was squeezing in all the bits and pieces that make it work, but I'm really pleased with how it came out and I think Ryan is going to love it!'
