Skills:I am a textile artist and tutor and love creating with non-traditional textile materials. I use paper, metal wood and more to create my work. I enjoy working with lots of different people and enjoy passing on my skills and knowledege to help others make things. I create both two and three dimensional textile art.
My work is often based on research, once I've selected a subject. I look for the quirky and how I can use this as a narrative in my work. The quirkyness often inspires the choice of materials.
