The `Water Runner ´ is for racers who don`t want to stop to have a drink. It is a backpack with a glass part to indicate when the drink is running low. It has a little tube to put your drink in. There is a part which goes round your wrist with Velcro. As you run you pull the Velcro making the drink go up the tube to were your mouth is.
