It is for a person in a wheelchair and it is only for a disabled person or a wheelchair person who couldn't go up their stairs. If they are disabled and in a wheelchair and couldn't walk. So it can help people going up and down the stairs and there is a button so you can press it and you can go up and down the stairs.
