The R.W.F.S. (rain water filter scooter) catches water from the umbrella that flows into the gutter and into the pipe. The water in the pipes gets filtered and flows into the buckets. To move the scooter that acts as the base, you simply pedal the scooter from the bicycle seat. There are 3 wooden poles that hold up the umbrella and the gutter. You can insert the potted plants into the umbrella to water them. The R.W.F.S can hold 1-3 people.
