My invention collects water then later when you come across a bed of flowers you pull a string then it starts to pour water on the flowers.

What a lovely gardener's umbrella, Josh. Ofcourse all that rain would go to waste if it dripped away, so why not capture it for plants. How much rain would it hold? The flowers would love it although you may need to stand in the middle of a flower patch. How do we water gardens normally? This really is a strange and unusual invention that is very clearly drawn showing before and after. Nice one. I can't wait to see what other curious inventions you can add to your collection!
