What a great game Alexandra! Your illustrations are fantastic and really characterful. I also love the simple concept of your game, most people have heard of a heart attack but don't really know why they happened or what they have to do with cells. So your game would be brilliant at enticing people to play and then educating them without even realising. Brilliant work!
