It is a solution to problem number 1: INVENT SOMETHING TO STOP A SEAGULL TAKING YOUR FOOD AT THE BEACH

This is used to keep food from seagulls. In the bagpack there are several thermal containers for food and inside there is a button that makes dog noises that scare away birds.
