Laura, you seem to have all possibilities covered for unpredictable weather! How fabulous it would be to have an inbuilt umbrella that would provide shade from the hot sun but also protection from the rain. The cooling water system is an interesting idea. I wonder how much the blouse would weigh? Keep inventing!
