What a super idea! A fantastic solution to Mr Bumps Problems. He might be lucky enough to bump into an ice cream van, once your invention splatters it with jelly he will be able to enjoy a tasty treat of jelly and ice cream, whilst being rather content that he didn't hurt himself.
