I designed a big cover which can protect Mr. Bump's house. I found that there is a chimney at the roof of his house and I think rainwater will flow into the chimney and then flow into the house. I want design a big cover which will have a small hole at left of the hole then the house will not get wet on raining days and smog can get out through the small hole.
