A mechanical fish that "swallows" plastic. The fins are a propellar, the mouth is a shute for the plastic, and a bad collects plastic at the bottom. Sensor mans that when the bag is full, it knows to swim to the surface.

It sounds like the fish mechanisms would enable Garbage Fish to move really efficiently through the water. The sensor is a great idea to allow the invention to empty the plastic and continue to do its beneficial job! Nice work Persephone, keep inventing!
