The Food Gifter is an innovation that people who are in need benefit from. The Food Gifter holds food that is free for people to take. Grocery stores can put food in it instead of throwing it out. Individual people can also donate food to the machine. There is a cold section and freezer. It has a tablet on the front that keeps track of what foods are available, so people know where they can take food donations. This is designed to reduce food waste and support people in need.
