This is an EV Power Dilbit Cleaner. I did a science project to find out how to clean oil spills. I found out that feathers are good because we get lots of feathers when we eat chickens and then we can use the feathers to clean up the oil. The feathers stick to the oil at the bottom of the ocean and the machine sucks up the dilbit from the feathers. It uses electricity and not oil to charge. EV Power is an underwater feather vacumn to clean up dilbit from oil spills in the ocean.
