Bouncy wheel truck

This is what I've come up with this project so far. The photos attached show the basic shape of the truck, how it's going to be covered with camouflage textile, its doors and how they could be open, the wheels which I'm going to add together with the springs (and which are actually lights! ).  For the top part, which has to be a waterproof bag for luggage, I'm planning to use bubble wrap or just waterproof textile.
