The Lost & Found Office of Oddities Workshop at Hebburn Family Hub

Hebburn Family Hub is a friendly local space on Campbell Park Road, offering support, guidance and activities for families with babies, children and young people. On this occasion, it will also host a very important Office assignment: helping us identify a selection of unusual objects from the archive.

Participants will work with our dedicated Office team to examine strange items, share their ideas and decide what each object could be, where it might have come from and what purpose it may once have served.

The workshop will then invite children and families to create their own odd discoveries through drawing, storytelling and invention. Expect curious contraptions, mysterious artefacts and plenty of imaginative explanations.

Designed to be funny, playful and highly interactive, the session encourages creativity, confidence and conversation as families become trainee members of The Lost & Found Office of Oddities.
