Dominic at the Huiput Festival

The Festival brings together around 400 creative professionals and students each year to hear talks from both Finnish and foreign forerunners in the creative industry.

In what was its 7th iteration, Dominic joined the brilliant range of speakers to deliver his talk and share with them his own expertise and creative inspirations.

In addition to thought-provoking speeches, the one-day event includes experimental and fun workshops as well as the opportunity for creative encounters among professionals in the field.

In classic Dominic fashion, he shared with attendees his creative process and the value and importance of thinking like a child and embracing your imaginative spirit.

He highlighted some of his most playful and ingenious inventions, including the Cereal Serving Head Crane Device. To provide the full impact of this intriguing invention, he played for the Huiput audience a clip from his appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Colbert tried on the device for himself!

Dominic spread awareness of Little Inventors and his own impressive portfolio of bonkers and practical ideas, and gained some inspiration and insights from his fellow speakers in turn.
