The name of this item is the cup-holder umbrella.
The way to use this item is that on rainy days, if you hold an umbrella in one hand and a drink in the other, you can’t do anything else, so I attached a cup holder to the umbrella.
Because the umbrella shields it from the rain, the drink does not get wet.
When using an umbrella and drinking a beverage, this cup holder lets you do something else with your other hand.
