The Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) partnered with Little Inventors in the UK to bring the first Little Inventors project to Canada! This super cool pilot delivered workshops to grades 5 and 6 students at seven different schools across Canada, including Rockingham Elementary School in Halifax, NS.
As a result, the next generation of Canadian inventors delivered in total over 500 invention ideas! You will be delighted to see how our children use their wonderful imaginations to think up ingenious, fantastical, funny or perfectly practical invention ideas with no limits. The kids designed their ideas of inventions, describing how they work and the problem or issue they solve. Enjoy the gallery!
Thanks to Rockingham Elementary School, their teachers and students for making this project happen!
